Refund Policy – Lux Beam
At Lux Beam, your satisfaction is our top priority. We stand by the quality of our projectors and want you to feel confident in your purchase. If something isn’t quite right, we’ve got your back with a fair and straightforward refund policy.
Please take a moment to read through the guidelines below so you know what to expect in the rare event you need to return or exchange a product.
🕒 Return Window/Warranty
You have 6 months from the date of delivery to request a return or refund. If 6 months have passed since your purchase, unfortunately the warranty on your product has run out.
✅ Eligibility for a Refund
To be eligible for a return and refund, the item must meet the following conditions:

It must have a defect or issue with any part including bad glitches or external damage.

It must be one of our products not any other products from any other company.

You must provide a proof of purchase, such as your order number or receipt.
We reserve the right to deny refunds if the item appears fine, damaged by the customer, or missing parts for reasons not due to our error.
📦 Return Process

Start a return: Email us at our contact page, or through an order notification with your order number, the reason for return, and any supporting photos if applicable.

Approval & instructions: If your return is approved, we’ll send you instructions on where to send the item or if you can keep it. You’ll be responsible for shipping costs if you will need to send it back.

Return shipping: Use a trackable shipping service or purchase shipping insurance. We’re not responsible for returns lost in transit, and if we give the instruction to send it back and you refuse or it gets lost in transit without any evidence, your refund will be denied.

Inspection & refund: Once we receive your return, we’ll inspect it and notify you about the status of your refund. If approved, your refund will be processed back to your original payment method within 5–10 business days. But if we do not need for you to send it back, your refund will be accessed based off the information you gave us.
🔄 Exchanges
Need to replace a defective unit? No problem. Contact us and we’ll help arrange an exchange within the same 60-day window. Exchanges are subject to availability. We will send you a replacement free of charge.
🛠️ Damaged or Defective Products
We test and pack every projector carefully, but if something arrives broken or not working, contact us immediately with photos or a short video. We’ll make it right—either by replacing the item or issuing a refund.
